Bosnian Border Police said on Wednesday they are taking measures to open 15 small border crossings for traffic between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Measures have been taken to open border crossings for border traffic between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia in order to facilitate the crossing of the state border given the beginning of the new school year and the need to conduct economic and agricultural activities in border areas, in accordance with the Agreement between the Republic Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on border traffic from 2013," Bosnia's Border Police said.

Border crossings for border traffic will be opened on October 15 this year, and the crossing of the state border will take place in accordance with the mentioned Agreement and applicable legal regulations, they added.
