The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sentenced Enver Buza, former commander of the Army of the then Republic of BiH, to eight years imprisonment for the killing of 27 Bosnian Croat civilians, including three children, in Uzdol in 1993.
The final verdict reduced the initial sentence of 12 years handed down by a lower court, the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network, which follows war crimes trials, has reported.
