Local election takes place in Serbia’s Mionica and Negotin

The citizens of Negotin are voting for their local government representatives at 72 polling stations, which were opened at 7 am without any reported irregularities.

The 37,313 voters in Negotin can opt for one of the six electoral lists. There are 45 local assembly seats in Negotin.

In Mionica, 10,987 citizens have the right to vote, and candidates from seven electoral lists are competing for 39 assembly seats.

No major opposition party is running in the local election in Mionica.
