Putin message of support to Vucic

The Serbian President’s press service said on Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of support to his counterpart Aleksandar Vucic.
Putin told Vucic that he can count on the constructive dialogue with him continuing as well as efforts on topical bilateral, regional and international issues. “This suits the fundamental interests of our kindred peoples and contributes to securing stability and security on the European continent,” Putin’s letter said. It was delivered to Vucic by Russian Ambassador Alexander Botsan-Harchenko, the press release said.
Putin is quoted as saying that their “recent negotiations in Sochi confirmed the strength of the strategic partnership between Russia and Serbia and allowed them to draw up new perspectives of mutual beneficial cooperation in several directions. Vucic is quoted as thanking Putin for the warm welcome and friendly talks in Sochi.
