Serbian Minister without portfolio Nenad Popovic said on Tuesday that local startups attracted more than 135 million Dollars in investments in 2021.

The minister who is engaged on innovations and technological development said that the technology sector also reported more than 1.7 billion Dollars in export income.

According to the minister, 25 regional innovation startups and smart city centers have been set up to date. “We will continue developing the innovation ecosystem and call other local organizations to invest more in Serbia startups,” Popovic said.
