Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic said that Serbia has the highest growth of foreign trade with Hungary.
Following his meeting with Hungarian President Katalin Novak in Belgrade, Vucic said that foreign trade between the two countries was 2.2 billion Euro from January to July, which is 935.1 million euro more than in the same period last year.
We discussed energy, cooperation in the field of infrastructure and investments in Vojvodina, said Vucic, noting that cooperation between Serbia and Hungary “is becoming incomparable, even in the trade and economic sense, with all other countries.”
Vucic reiterated that relations between Serbia and Hungary are at the highest possible level in modern political history, and that the two countries’ cooperation has made progress in politics, economy and trade.
Vucic thanked Hungary for the fact that Serbia will face the winter “more serenely”, because Hungary let Serbia use its storage facilities.
