Serbian FM-Kosovo delegation at conference does not mean recognition

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that the presence of Pristina’s delegation at the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) ministerial conference does not mean recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.
A ministry press release quoted him as telling the conference that the presence of the Kosovo delegation “does not in any way prejudice recognition of the independence of Kosovo by Serbia nor does it have any influence on Serbia’s consistent respect for UN Security Council resolution 1244”.
“On the contrary, the participation of Serbia today, despite this circumstance which deeply enters into our vital interests, actually shows the huge importance that we attach to cooperation with the OIF,” Dacic told the ministerial conference.
