The Kosovo Central Election Commission released the final results of the parliamentary elections on Thursday more than a month after the vote.
According to those results, Albin Kurti’s Vetevendosje (self-determination) came in first with the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo second and the Democratic Party of Kosovo third.
Vetevendosje won 32 seats, the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo won 29 seats and the Democratic Party of Kosovo won 25 seats. The Serb List won all 10 seats reserved for the Kosovo Serb community.
The Kosovo parliament has 120 MPs.
The results still have to be verified following appeals which some parties have said they will file. Once the results are verified the president will name a prime minister designate who then has 15 days to form a government.
